Overview

Scuttlebutt Design Company (Scuttlebutt Design Co., SDco.) respects your privacy. We do not require users to provide personal information to access any of our products, including our websites, social media channels, or applications.

Users may choose to provide their name (optional) and email address (required) to join our mailing list for newsletters, product updates, and promotional communications. We only send emails to users who have opted in, and users can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Tapping the unsubscribe link included in our emails,

• Navigating within our applications to Settings > Notification Settings > Unsubscribe From Mailing List, or

• Contacting SDco. support directly.

User-Generated Data

User-generated content added to SDco. applications is by default stored locally on users’ devices. Cross-device data synchronization via iCloud may also be available within certain SDco. applications. When enabled, user data is securely stored in each user’s personal iCloud account and is never accessible to SDco. Data synchronization via iCloud is disabled by default. Users must choose to enable this feature and may disable it at any time within the app’s settings.

Third-Party Services

To support certain features, SDco. uses trusted third-party services:

• Loops.so is used to securely manage and send newsletters, product updates, and promotional emails to users who have opted into our mailing list. Names (optional) and email addresses (required) submitted for this purpose are securely stored with Loops.so and are not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. • For SDco. applications available on the App Store, limited user and device information may be provided by Apple to SDco., in accordance with Apple’s privacy policies. For more information, visit https://www.apple.com/privacy.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

As our products and services evolve, we may update this Privacy Policy. When required by law, or when introducing new features, updates will be made accordingly. We encourage users to check this page periodically for the latest information.
